Mr. Tushar Thumar, is the Director of Khedut Feeds and Foods Pvt. Ltd. and Shreeya Peanuts Pvt. Ltd., family owned agro-processing companies. A Chemical Engineer by education and an entrepreneur by choice, he is amongst the third generation into the family business of agri commodities and edible oils since 1967. His commitment to quality and his passion towards sustainable agriculture has garnered immense trust and good-will for the company as quality peanut supplier from India to the World. During his tenure, the company has implemented technological advances in mechanised processing and developed a sustainable integrated supply chain of groundnuts.

Mr. Kishore Tanna is a past chairman of IOPEPC. Presently Hon. Secretary and Convener of Groundnut Panel of IOPEPC. He is Managing Director of M/s Jamnadas Madhavji International Ltd which is engaged in the export of various agricultural commodities. He has over 50 years of experience in the international trade of agricultural commodities. He has effectively taken up issues related to oilseeds and oils trade and industry in India and Overseas with various government agencies and regulatory bodies.

Sanjeev Sharma, currently based in Singapore, is Senior Vice President and head of Specialty Grains & Seeds business for Olam. Sanjeev has a rich experience of more than 25 years. In a career spanning across multiple geographies he has handled various Agri and food products. Apart from Sesame business which he has lead since 2009, he leads the Superfoods business which constitutes Ancient Grains and specialty seeds like Quinoa / Chia / Amaranth. Acute business skills completed by ability to work with stakeholders of different cultures and backgrounds gives him an edge in building, growing, and managing businesses.

By education, he is a Mechanical Engineer from PEC University of Technology, Chandigarh and holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow.

A Professional qualified Chartered Accountant from India. A merit Holder in chartered accountancy besides BSC (PCM), from Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. In 2005 he moved to Dubai, UAE making as a hub for further challenges where he joined AST ENTERPRISES INC as a Partner/Director spearheading AST’s growth across the African continent in countries including but not restricted to Tanzania, Mozambique, Nigeria, Malawi, Ethiopia, Vietnam, Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Uganda etc. Over the last couple of years Canada and Russia have also been added to list.

Given the admiration and wide acceptability ALOK BHARGAVA has earned through professional and transparent handling over the last 20 years collectively with the extensive knowledge he has gathered on various origins and products. Mr. Sanjiv Sawla is past chairman and present Convener, Sesame seed Panel, IOPEPC. He is partner of M/s M. Lakhamsi & Co., which is engaged in the export of various agricultural commodities.

Mr. Sanjiv Sawla has obtained Master’s Degree in Commerce having 20 years of experience in the international trade of Agricultural Commodities.

He is also involved with several charitable activities for the under privileged and weaker sections of society which include hospitals, low cost housing, religious organizations as well as international service organizations. He is Charter Member of Rotary Club of Bombay Bay View.

Tarun Chawla is the Global Sesame Business Head of ETG Group, based in Qingdao China. Prior to joining ETG group, he was heading the China Edible nuts & Sesame desk for Olam International. With more than 17 years of experience in FMCG & Agricultural commodities industry, out which 12 years with Olam & formative years with Coca Cola & Unilever India operations. Tarun did his Bachelors in Engineering & acquired his post-graduation in International Business from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

Sanjeev Sharma is Senior Vice President and head of Sesame and Superfoods business for Olam. He is a Mechanical Engineer from PEC Chandigarh and holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow. He has a wide experience of working across several geographies and commodities.

Olam is world’s largest Sesame company with marketing office, processing units and procurement network across all leading Sesame origins and markets.

Mr. Wagdi M. Mahgoub is Chairman and Managing Director of reputed Mahgoub Sons group of companies, Sudan. Mr. Wagdi M. Mahgoub is well known and influential personality of Sudan. They have interest in wide field namely Agriculture, Agriculture engineering, plantation, inputs; Food Processing and packing; Trading; Media and publishing; Transport and steel. They are largest exporter of sesame seed from Sudan.

Mr. Sergey Khaesh is founder and General Manager of AGROIMPEX Co. the largest Russian importer and processor of peanuts. He has more than 25 years of experience in Agriculture Commodity trading, farming and processing. He has done Mechanical Engineering from ITMO University St. Petersburg and did his EMBA from Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University.

Mr. Vishal Ruparel is a Managing Director at Ruparel Foods Pvt. Ltd. He did Graduation in Bachelor of Business Administration from Ahmedabad and pursued his studies for Master Degree from Deakin University Melbourne, Australia. Started manufacturing Peanut Butter by establishing Ruparel Foods in 2007. Ruparel Foods is the winner of Highest Exports of Peanut Butter from India awarded by IOPEPC, consecutive since 2011.

Mr. Kunal Kotecha is a MBA in International Business from Pune University.
He is the Founder Director of our Company and plays an instrumental role in development of business in Domestic and International Markets.
Served as a Director in Indian Oil Producers Export Promotion Council (IOPEPC) from 2014 - 2016.
Currently serving as a Member of Panel on Peanut / Groundnut at IOPEPC. Currently serving as a Head of Advisory Committee constituted by Ministry of Agriculture, Government of Gujarat to promote exports of Peanut. Third generation engaged in Peanut / Groundnut related business.
Regular speaker on Farmers issues to improve price and productivity of agricultural produce with emphasis on Peanut / Groundnut. Awarded several awards / commendations by Business and Government Bodies.

Mr. Sanjiv Sawla is the Managing Director of M/s M Lakhamsi Industries Ltd., which is engaged in the production and export of various agricultural commodities with a focus on peanuts, peanut oil and sesame seeds from India as well as other origins.

He has over 30 years’ of experience in international trade of agricultural commodities and is the third generation in this business.

A Director at IOPEPC since 1999, he has served as Chairman of IOPEPC for two terms and is currently Convener of Sesame seed Panel of IOPEPC.

He is also involved in several charitable activities for the under privileged and weaker sections of society.

Lining started her career in the Peanut industry with COFCO Shandong Cereals & Oils in July, 1981, after her graduation from Shandong Foreign Trade School, majoring in international trade. She was promoted in 1994 to be the Deputy Manager of Peanut Division of COFCO Shandong in charge of marketing and QC and became the Manager in 1998. In 1999, she was promoted to be the General Manager Assistant of COFCO Shandong Cereals & Oil, holding as well the position of General Manager of COFCO Shandong Peanut Co. (a subsidiary of COFCO Shandong Cereals & Oil) until the end of 2001, when COFCO Shandong Peanut Co. became a direct subsidiary of COFCO Group. Lining was positioned as the Manager of Business Dept. I of this new COFCO Shandong Peanut Co. from 2002 till 2009 and held the position of General Manager Assistant of the company and Operation Management Dept. Manager from the last quarter of 2009 until her retirement (internally) from COFCO in Aug. 2013.

Since her retirement from COFCO, Lining has been serving as a senior consultant to China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-products (CFNA).

Mr. Mamoun Ibrahim Gaily is Chairman of Gaily Export Promotion, Sudan. With BSC in Economics, Banking and Foreign trade, he has worked in the field of Banking services. In 1996, he established Gaily Export Promotion with the objective of enlarging and value addition of Sudanese products for exports. His factory has state of art machinery, especially for automatic picking lines, cleaning and Sortex machine for Sesame, Hulling, Tahini and Halwa products.

Tarun Chawla is the Global Head of the Sesame Peanuts Business of ETG, based in Dubai, UAE. Overall, more than 19 years of experience in the FMCG Agricultural commodities industry. Tarun did his Bachelors in Engineering acquired his post-graduation in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi.

Mr. Khushwant Jain, is the owner of G.S. Exports. With a background of dealing in Agricultural commodities since his teens, he was asked to start the Export Business of the family as soon as they ventured into it. Since then the company went from strength to strength and in 1999, the company went on to become the Highest Exporter of Peanuts from India. From then, every year the company has never looked back and has dominated Indian Exports of Groundnuts, Sesame, Spices, Raisin Pulses from India.

He is the Immediate Past Chairman of Indian Oilseeds Produce Export Promotion Council (Under Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India) and is a director in various Trade Associations.

His company, G.S. Exports has been posthumously awarded since 1998, by many Export Promotion Councils and Govt. Export Promotion Boards.

The company was also presented with the “NIRYAT SHREE”, Gold Trophy by the Honorable President of India, Mr. Pranab Mukherjee for being the Highest Exporter of Agricultural products in the MSME category.
